Why do I have to register to watch the courses for free?

1) Only people who have enrolled in the course should be able to write a review. Without registering I would need to open the learning system to everyone, which could lead to a lot of spam and faked reviews.

2) I don't have the time to go through lots of spam comments, so the comment system is setup in a way that only registered users can leave a comment.

Registering is totally free and I adhere to the very strict GDPR, so your data is save. I don't share your data with other parties.

I have tried to register but don't get the confirmation mail. What can I do?

Unfortunately, sometimes it can take up to 2 hours till you get the mail, so please be patient. Also have a look at your junk/spam folder.
If you received nothing, maybe you accidentally mistyped your mail address? Or it could be an issue with my or your mail provider. Please wait at least the mentioned 2 hours till you try again. If the 2nd try fails again, please go to this form and I will sign you up manually as soon as I see the message, which could take a few hours (sorry for the delay).

I have tried to register but immediately get an error message and can't proceed. What can I do?

As I am often in hospital and therefore can't always keep an eye on the system I did setup the firewall with strict rules to prevent exposing the system to weak and already breached credentials. Sometimes the firewalls throws a false error message, but on the other side, better be save than sorry. Try a google search for reliable services you can use to check if your data have been breached, like https://haveibeenpwned.com where you can check if your mail address has been pwned.

My site also requires strong passwords, so try with another password.

If registering doesn't work but you are convinced it is all false alarm, please go to this form and send me a message. We will hopefully sort it out.

I want to delete my account here on your site. How to do that?

I am sorry you want to leave and would like to talk with you about your decision. Please drop me a message.
But if you really want to delete your account, you can do that on your profile page.

If I delete my account here on the site, can I still access the courses I bought?

Sure. Your account here on the website gives you direct access to the learning system on CG Tutorials, so you can watch courses online for free and write reviews for courses or comments on my blog posts. But it is completely independent from the Gumroad shop where you bought the course(s). As long as your account on Gumroad exists, you have access to your orders.

What about the access to your private discord server which comes with the paid courses?

That is independent as well. You will not loose the access if you delete your account here on CG Tutorials.

I have bought a course but don't see my purchase in my account here on the website.

That is because you have purchased the course on my shop page on Gumroad. Please go to your Gumroad account to download the course or updates I made to it.

Is there any limitation how often I can download the course, or is it only available for a certain time?

Download as often and whenever you want. There are no limitations.

I know the minimum price is set really low, but I can't even afford that. I really would like to have the videos to watch offline. Any chance I can get the course for a lower amount?

Sorry, but the minimum prices are really low, so I have to say no. Maybe save a few dollars every month till you can afford the minimum price.

Can I get a refund for my purchase?

Please don't ask for a refund. Here on my website and as well on my Gumroad shop I announce openly, that all courses are available for free to watch online.
So you can always check out a course first, and you only have to pay if you want the videos for download to watch them offline. In addition, there is no way to really give back a digital product. You could tell me you will delete it, but still keep and use the files without me knowing. So no, I don't offer refunds for the courses.

I can't see bundles or a membership on your shop page. Is there an option to get access to numerous courses at once for a lower price?

I don't plan on bundles, but for a membership with access to all course downloads. For the time being there just isn't enough content yet. But as soon as there are more courses, I will implement a membership.
Don't worry, I really do appreciate your support by buying courses now, so you will get a discount for the membership later on. You will only pay the difference. I explain more about that on the sales pages for the courses.

I can't/don't want to buy a course but would like to have access to your private Discord server. Any chance to make that happen?

Please save up and buy one of the courses to get access.

If you are really not interested in the courses, you can buy me some coffee (minimum 10 Dollar), and I'll send you an invitation for my Discord server after you did send the billing info. You can use the contact form to do so.

Do you offer 1:1 training by video call?

In general, I do. But that depends on the topic you want to learn about, the time frame and if I am busy with client work in the foreseeing future. Please send me a message and I let you know if it's possible.

Are you open for commissions?

Kind of the same answer as above. Depends on what you want and the time frame. Click the link above to send me a message.

Do you offer help when I am stuck with something from your courses?

If you have paid for the course, you can always ask on the Discord server. Otherwise post a comment in the Q&A section of the course here on the site and I'll try to help. The Q&A section is on the main course page at the bottom and only visible when you are logged in.
